All You Want to Know About Feedly App and Its Features

The latest generation of smartphones comes with a panoply of apps to get you started, from email and photography to navigation, weather and video-calling services. But every one of those default apps has at least one alternative on the app stores, and there are often dozens more that can represent a big upgrade.

Feedly is an app for both Android and iOS that consolidates all your favorite feeds into one place. Feedly's interface is simple and easy to navigate. It features customizable notifications for the latest news and breaking headlines.

No doubt the neatest and most efficient app I've ever laid my hands on. I'm not a very organized person, to begin with, but I love to read articles when I'm bored and I have no idea how to keep track of them aside from my messy bookmarks. Ever since I tried Feedly, I got to fix all my "to-read" articles and I'm also able to discover new topics in the process.

For Older Devices

For older Android devices Feedly is the way to go as it's lighter on the devices resources. The one advantage Flipboard has over Feedly is the amount of real estate the widget takes up. Flipboard is the best looking and shows the most information in the while taking up the least amont of space, but you pay for it as it will slow down the overall proformence of older phones. If you spend the time setting up your profile and feeds you can get a lot out of the app and widget. Give it a try.

Feedly takes all your links to live feeds and consolidates them into one easy to use app. Add links in a user friendly interface and stay connected with all the latest news and updates. With a customization dashboard, you will be seeing what you want and when you want based around the games easy to use link system.

Organise your Blogs

Feedly allows you to organize all the blogs, videos you watch, and other publications. You no longer have to search all over your phone for them. It's powered by RSS so you can add any RSS feed and read it wherever you go. It makes your searches easier.

With the demise of Google Reader a few years ago, I looked for a replacement. I tried several aggregation services and Feedly was the only one I stayed with. I'm still using it today. It just works, period. It's clean and fast, and the only thing I've found wrong is it randomly closes itself sometimes. Other than that, it's my go to source for subscribing to newsfeeds.
